Bon Appetite magazine named Andrés Chef of the Year in 2004. Everything was outstanding from classics such as Guacamole to the complex flavors of scallops with coconut rice and ginger. Venture out and ask the sommelier to recommend something from South America. I recall enjoying a fine bottle of Carmenere.
