Not many establishments properly present a lobster bisque. The server's technique was flawless at The Capital Grill. They begin with a warmed bowl filled with generous chunks of lobster. The server ladles the bisque into the bowl and then offers to drizzle sherry over the top. Don't be timid about asking for extra sherry! The filet mignon was top notch and served with a creamy béarnaise sauce. This steak dinner was so good that I went back twice in one business trip!
